Copart auction PRE-BID Terms & Conditions

  • In addition to your regular Dealer Fee, an extra $50 PRE-BID fee will apply.
  • All bids are final, no Relist option
  • Payments for vehicles must be received to the INTERTRADE* bank account by the 3rd business day, including the day of sale. NO DIRECT PAYMENTS TO COPART
  • The wire transfer must include a full LOT number or the last six digits of the VIN number. Copy of wire transfer must be sent to the following emails: wires@atlanticexpresscorp.com & inter@intertradecars.com
  • Payments must come from the destinations that vehicles are exported to.
  • All PRE-BIDs must be submitted by 9 AM CST for that day’s bids. Any later submissions will not be guaranteed.
  • In case multiple bidders place a PRE-BID on the same LOT number, won vehicle will be awarded to the highest PRE-BID amount submitted in our database.
  • Any PRE-BID related questions can be sent to inter@intertradecars.com
  • Once a LOT is awarded vehicle will be imported into our system by the end of the sale day, and invoice will be sent to the client from our system.

In violation of Terms & Conditions, we will remove the online PRE-BID feature on your online client profile.
Please be extra cautious while placing PRE-BID’s.
