Title Pending Policy Update/Auction Pick Up

AEC has made the decision to terminate the enforcement of its pending title policy. Moving forward, vehicles obtained through auctions with a pending title or Bill of Sale (BOS) will be collected and will follow the same policy guidelines mentioned earlier.

AEC guarantees that vehicle pick-up from salvage auctions at regular locations will take place within three business days after the vehicle payment, excluding the payment date. Unless stated otherwise on our branch updates page. Please note that for oversize and irregular cargo, we are unable to guarantee the same time frame.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as missing mandatory documents, a change of plans, destination restrictions, or any other factors that impede the shipment of a vehicle, please note that the cargo may be subject to removal from AEC’s yards. In such cases, the client will be responsible for storage fees, calculated from the received date, as well as gate-out fees.
